Accessibility Statement

Our standard
NIMS Logic has adopted the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A and Level AA, as the conformance standard for its web and mobile applications. We build and review new features against that standard and re-evaluate the product at least every twelve months and before each major release.
Conformance status
Our most recent evaluation was conducted on October 30, 2026 by NIMS Logic. It was a self-assessment, not a third-party audit. The NIMS Logic web application and the Android mobile application are partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most functions are accessible, and the criteria below are not yet fully met. The full results, criterion by criterion, are in our Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT).
NIMS Logic does not use an accessibility overlay, a separate “accessibility mode” or a lite version. Accessibility is delivered in the same interface every user works in.
Known limitations
- Some icon-only buttons and dialogs do not have accessible names.
- Some form fields are not programmatically labelled, and some validation errors are not announced to screen readers.
- Page titles do not change between screens, and heading structure is flat.
- Some small labels fall below the minimum contrast ratio.
Remediation roadmap
Each limitation is tracked as a work item with a delivery date.
